As we navigate the chaos of that last week of summer, here's a few things that caught my eye this week:

• FedEx is refunding tariffs that were paid by individuals and companies. I'm not 100% sure how this works but this is the form you have to fill out to get refunded on any tariffs you paid.
• Wall Street doesn't expect the Fed to increase interest rates in September as much as before. It's now a 34.6% chance of an increase, down from what felt like 100%.
• ​US 10 Year Treasury is still above 4.7%.
